Mr. Kallenberger graduated from the University
of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting
in 1973. He successfully completed his CPA examination
in 1974, and is authorized to practice by the Oklahoma
Accountancy Board.
Upon graduation, Mr. Kallenberger was employed in public
accounting with a Big Eight firm through 1975. He then
joined Kallenberger & Associates and in 1980 became
a principal.
Mr. Kallenberger has been involved in the audit and
review area of his profession since graduation and is
currently the Financial Services principal of Kallenberger
& Associates. Mr. Kallenberger also performs work
for clients in the management service area. He
is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants, the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public
Accountants and the Tulsa Chapter of the OSCPA.
